Unfortunately as stipulated in our GTC, returns are not free.
 
Return costs are deducted from your refund and vary between 6 and 15 euros depending on the weight and the origin of the package.

Is it possible to return items that do not suit me? -

You can make a return request within 30 days of delivery. It is imperative to return your items to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please also do not remove the labels and do not soil the articles. It is advisable to try your shoes indoors on a clean surface.

Returns are accepted under certain conditions:

- Your items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order

- Your items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, accompanied by all their accessories and in their original packaging. In addition, your products must never have been worn outdoors and please do not stick labels on the original packaging.

- All your items are under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. So please make sure to pack your items well to avoid any damage on the way! Keep the proof of deposit stamped by the post office or signed by the merchant. How to make a return?

It is imperative to follow our return procedure below, respecting each step:

Step 1: Send an email to hello@bearco.fr -

Send an e-mail to hello@bearco.fr indicating your order number.
We will send you your return label within 48 hours.

Step 2: Prepare your package -

Print your return label and prepare your package. Use strong outer packaging to best protect your shipment so that it is not damaged in transit. Your items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Be careful not to stick stickers or labels on the original item packaging.

Step 3: Return the item -

Return your items to the address shown on the return label you printed.

Step 4: Refund-

Once your refund has been made, we will send you a confirmation email. Reimbursement will be made within 15 working days maximum. Note: for credit card reimbursements, interbank delays are likely to shift the actual credit on your account by a few days.

Exchanges are not accepted, you simply have to return the article that does not suit you and ordered the one you want in a different size or size for example. The article will be refunded after receipt and validation from us.

Only the manufacturer decides and covers the guarantee of your article. If it contains a manufacturing defect, we send it directly to the manufacturer. The waiting time depends on the management of the technical service of each manufacturer. If your item is defective, we agree to repair, replace or issue the corresponding refund, taking into account the manufacturer's final decision. If your article has a manufacturing defect, we assume all the costs of sending the article back and sending the new article, new or repaired to your home.

What to do in the event of an item received in error, damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective or damaged item that does not correspond to the order you have placed, please follow the following steps:

Step 2: Information / photos -

Please send us a short and concise description of the fault and attach at least one relevant photo of the fault. Attention, the photo must make the defect clearly visible. Please also photograph the entire article, front and back as well as the package. We invite you to use the following formats: ZIP, RAR or JPEG.

Upon receipt of your package, if damage is detected in the order during transport, including if you have already accepted and signed your package, please contact our customer service within 4 days and inform us of the situation. You will then have to provide us with:

- A photo containing the defect of the article
- A photo of the parcel label and the defect on the parcel.

Step 3: Review-

After receiving your photos, we will process your request as soon as possible and we will contact you to tell you what to do.

Please note that we will not accept any claim for the following faults:

- Damaged due to incorrect or intense use of the article.
- Loss of original color (ex: jeans rubbed off during washing)
- Damaged due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals.
- Physical discomfort like blisters or blisters

How can I get an item reimbursed? -

The method of reimbursement of an item depends on the means of payment that you used when ordering:

- Bank card: reimbursement will be made to your bank card account. Please note, however, that interbank delays are likely to shift the actual credit on your account by a few days.

- PayPal: reimbursement will be made to your PayPal account. Upon receipt and validation of your return, we will send you a return confirmation email. We will then proceed to the reimbursement of returned items.

We will refund the original delivery costs if the item you received is defective or if it does not match the item you ordered.

Can I make an exchange? -

We do not accept exchanges, you simply have to return the article which does not suit you and ordered the one you want in a different size or size for example. The article will be refunded after receipt and validation from us. (a notification email will be sent to you).

Who pays for my return? -

All return costs are your responsibility * if you have not chosen the right size or have simply changed your mind.

Return costs are our responsibility if you have received a defective, damaged or containing an error in preparation.

Can I return an item for warranty repair?

All of our items are covered by a legal warranty from the seller of 2 years against lack of conformity in accordance with the provisions of code consumption and by a legal guarantee from the seller against hidden defects in accordance with the provisions of Code civil.
