What is your online returns policy?


If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and can be resold.

Once the products are returned, you will be entitled to an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of postage and original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or that are not in their original condition.

Conditions and guidelines for returns

    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and / or packaging, if applicable.
    • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of items.
    • All items must be in their original condition and be resalable.
    • Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged so that they will not be damaged in the mail.
    • If you are returning shoes, please make sure the box is protected by an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
    • Please make sure all return packages are sent with tracking and insurance service.
    • We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in return transportation.
    • If you are returning an item outside of the EU, please clearly indicate "RETURNED GOODS" on the package to avoid customs charges. Bearco is NOT responsible for return customs fees.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We aim to process returns within 7-10 business days of receipt. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will reach you 24 to 48 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.

Can you confirm that you have received my return?

We make every effort to process returns within 2 business days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.

We suggest you write down the shipping reference given when returning the item. This will allow you to track your package every step of the way, including when we receive it.
